This project focused on using materiality to convey a narrative to explore material transformation. Our collection aimed to design for the emotions of childhood by encouraging play and engaging the senses in the home to stimulate creativity and disrupt the monotony of everyday life.
Blanketed
Blanketed is an oversized jacket made of recycled quilt materials. This piece is intended to reimagine people's relationship with their childhood blanket by transforming it into a garment they can take everywhere. This way users can find use and comfort in a familiar object throughout adulthood.
