The Samara Pod is a project I created in collaboration with my classmate Kei, along with the company WoodFold. This pod is a public workspace that can provide privacy and cultivate collaboration. Its design innovates on the flexibility and lightness of the tambour material to make a comfortable interior space for working, meeting, and socializing. The Samara Pod can be installed in many public spaces including airports, libraries, offices, and convention halls.
